Product Description

Instructions for Use

  1. Insert the bolt trough the recessed bottom of the blade.
  2. Add the handle to the top side, with the recess in the handle matching the bulge on the blade.
  3. Tighten the locking nut while holding the bolt in place.
  4. Loosen the locking nut before folding in the handle.

To avoid sticking, sprinkle flour onto the pizza peel or brush it with oil before use. Do not cut on the pizza peel blade to avoid scratches.

Maintenance

Wash by hand in water with dish-washing soap and dry completely. Not suitable for dishwashers.
